Ordering and payment
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
- Orders are paid in full when you place them.
- We confirm your order by email. If a price or product was shown in error, we will contact you before making anything, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Made-to-measure garments
- Your garment is made from the measurements you submit, or that we take with you. Please take your time with them; if you are unsure, book a fitting and we will take them for you.
- Garments are usually ready in 4 to 6 weeks from when your measurements are confirmed. Dates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Cloth is shown as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens and dye lots. Ask for a swatch or visit the showroom if colour is important.
- Cloth is subject to availability from our mills. If a cloth runs out after you order, we will offer you alternatives or a full refund.
Cancellations and returns
See returns and refunds. In short: made-to-measure orders can be cancelled for a full refund until you submit your measurements; accessories can be returned within 14 days, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
