Bedley & Co. makes clothing to measure, which means we need some personal information to do it. This page explains what we collect, what we use it for and who we share it with. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
We share only what each service needs to do its job: Shopify (orders and payments), Calendly (appointments), our email provider, Google Analytics (website use) and the secure database that holds our records. Our manufacturing partners receive your measurements and garment specifications so they can make your clothing. We do not sell your personal information.
Some of these services store information outside Canada, where it is protected by their own security measures and the laws of those countries.
We keep your measurements and order history for as long as you are a client, so a future order takes minutes. You can ask us to delete them at any time, unless we need to keep a record by law (for example, for tax).
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by emailing hello@bedleyandco.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.
