Returns and refunds

Made-to-measure garments

Every made-to-measure garment is cut from your measurements, for you alone. After you order, we email you a form to submit your measurements, or we take them with you in the showroom.

• Before you submit your measurements, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Email us at hello@bedleyandco.com with your order number.
• Once your measurements are submitted, your garment goes into production and the order can no longer be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

If anything about your finished garment is not right, contact us and we will look at it with you at your fitting.

Accessories

Ties, bow ties, pocket squares, suspenders and other accessories can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are undamaged and in their original packaging. Bring them to the showroom, or email us to arrange the return.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we have approved a refund, your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show it.
